The student short course and conference on June 4th and June 5th will be held in Theatre Three on Foothills Campus (1st floor of Health Sciences Center).

Poster social and lunch and coffee breaks will be held in the HSC atrium and the north end of the HRIC atrium on Foothills Campus.

The dinner banquet on Friday June 5th will be held in the ballroom of MacEwan Hall on Main Campus.

$8 evening rate on main campus (Lots 13, 21, 31 & 33) – please note: machines do not accept bills, debit or prepaid credit cards.

On-Campus Accommodations

PNC SETAC has secured accommodations in the Kananaskis/ Rundle Hall on the University of Calgary main campus during June 4-5th, 2015. These are dormitory style rooms (Single & Double Rooms).

$55 per person/night + GST + fees.

Participants will need to make their bookings and payment online if they wish to book a room on campus.
